5L Fully Automated Compound Remediation System
A bench-scale system that refines a finished botanical extract, selectively removing unwanted constituents at room temperature while preserving the aromatics and actives.
COMERG • Coconut extraction
Cocos nucifera L.
Turn coconut meat into a clean, full-spectrum oil with COMERG equipment. Our cold, room-temperature, low-pressure process draws the oil straight from the dried flesh, rich in lauric acid and medium-chain triglycerides, with the soft, sweet natural aroma of fresh coconut kept intact.
The fruit
Coconut oil is drawn from the dried white meat of Cocos nucifera. Unlike the aromatic spices, its value is not in a top note but in its fat, a stable, saturated oil built largely from lauric acid and other medium-chain triglycerides that the body takes up and uses quickly.
The dried meat is processed cold, so the oil keeps its soft, sweet natural coconut aroma and its full fatty-acid spectrum, without the bleaching or deodorising that refined oils go through.
The oil
Run on COMERG equipment, dried coconut meat yields a clean, full-spectrum oil, batch after batch. Because the extraction is cold and solvent-light, with no high heat and no refining, the natural fatty-acid balance and the soft coconut aroma carry straight through. The figures below are typical of a standardised BCoc-2.1 grade.
The method
No heat, no leftover solvent, no refining. This is what happens inside a COMERG aerosol system, and why the oil stays clean and full-spectrum.
Non-toxic liquefied R134a gas is introduced to the dried coconut chips at controlled, low pressure. There is no heat, the cycle begins and stays at room temperature.
The liquid gas gently dissolves the coconut oil and its medium-chain triglycerides, drawing them cleanly out of the flesh while the soft natural aroma stays intact.
The R134a is fully recovered and recycled in a closed loop. What is left is a clean coconut oil, with under 0.1 g/kg residue and no need for bleaching or deodorising.
Fatty-acid profile
The triglyceride breakdown by fatty acid. Lauric acid leads, backed by capric, caprylic and caproic acids, which together make coconut one of the richest natural sources of medium-chain triglycerides.
Triglycerides of the fatty acids above, with a trace of volatile aroma. Per-batch analysis available on request.

Applications
The oil can be used as-is or as a base for fractionation and formulation. As a clean, full-spectrum coconut oil it suits food, cosmetic and nutritional use alike.
Why the COMERG line
A clean, full-spectrum oil that keeps its natural aroma is not an accident of the meat alone, it is what the right equipment makes repeatable. Our line is engineered around the things that matter when you want oil without refining.
Why it wins
Against expeller pressing, solvent extraction and full refining, cold R134a extraction gives a clean oil that keeps its natural aroma and full fatty-acid spectrum.

From meat to oil
A complete COMERG line takes coconut from dried meat to a clean oil. These are the core stages, each available as standalone equipment.
The heart of the line. Liquefied-gas systems that pull coconut oil cold, below 25 °C, from 10 l pilot units up to 2000 l.
Room temp • full-spectrumDries the coconut meat to even, low moisture before extraction, so each batch of oil draws cleanly and consistently.
Prep stageFrom a 10 l pilot system to industrial 2000 l lines, the same cold process scales with your volume.
10 l - 2000 lQuestions
A 100% natural, full-spectrum coconut oil, product code BCoc-2.1. It is rich in lauric acid (around 54%) and other medium-chain triglycerides, with no additives, bleaching or deodorising.
Liquefied food-grade gas extraction at room temperature, below 25 °C, and low pressure. Because there is no high heat or refining, the natural fatty-acid spectrum and the soft coconut aroma are preserved, and solvent residue stays below 0.1 g/kg.
Refined coconut oil is usually bleached and deodorised, which strips the natural aroma. Cold R134a extraction draws the oil out clean, so it keeps its character and full fatty-acid balance without those steps.
It is a full-spectrum coconut oil, one of the richest natural sources of medium-chain triglycerides, led by lauric acid. It can be used as-is or as the feedstock for further fractionation into a concentrated MCT oil.
Yes. The same cold process runs from a 10 l pilot unit to 2000 l production systems, so you can start small and grow without changing method.
It is produced with a food-grade solvent per Directive 97/60/EC. It is a raw material for formulation, not intended for direct consumption or undiluted topical use, and users are responsible for compliance with applicable legislation.
Yes. A per-batch analysis is available on request, and a Safety Data Sheet per 2006/1907/EC is supplied with the product.
