The Automated Vape Cartridge Filling Machine is a compact, precision system for filling cartridges and pods with thick, viscous botanical oils. A heated mixer and jacketed feed keep the oil flowing, while a robotic head and temperature-controlled nozzle place an exact dose between 0.3 and 3 mL into each cartridge, clean and bubble-free, batch after batch. It replaces slow, messy hand-filling with consistent, programmable output.

Viscous oils only fill cleanly when they stay warm and fluid. Every stage of this machine is electrically heated and sensor-monitored, from the 3000 mL mixer through the PTFE feed lines to the stainless nozzle, so the oil never thickens or clogs on its way to the cartridge.
A robotic X-Z filling head and X-Y positioning table line up each cartridge and dispense a programmed dose, and the heated nozzle prevents stringing and bubbles for a clean fill. Everything runs from a touchscreen PLC with recipe recall, so volume, temperature and timing stay identical across the whole tray.
