Description
The 10T Conveyor Dryer System dries freshly harvested botanical biomass continuously, not in batches. Material is fed onto a four-layer, 12 metre stainless mesh belt and carried slowly through an insulated tunnel warmed by a natural-gas hot-air furnace, while a feeding conveyor spreads it evenly and a discharge conveyor carries the dried product out the far end. With the temperature adjustable across 0-90 °C, it dries large volumes gently and evenly, protecting colour, aroma and active content.

Even drying, low heat
Freshly cut biomass is loaded onto the feeding conveyor, where a switch-plate spreads it in an even layer so air can reach every part. It then travels through the insulated tunnel on a four-layer mesh belt, doubling back through the chamber to give a long, gentle dwell time in the warm air stream.
A natural-gas heat exchanger feeds hot air into the tunnel, and a frequency-converter control sets belt speed and temperature so you can dial in the right drying curve for the crop. Because it runs continuously and the heat stays low, large harvests are dried steadily without scorching or uneven results.
