Dual-Cut Botanical Harvester
A tractor-towed harvester that cuts flowering tops and stalks in a single pass, feeding a self-unloading 5 m³ bunker at up to 2 hectares per hour.
Description
The Dual-Cut Botanical Harvester brings the harvest in fast. Towed behind any standard tractor, it carries two cutters at once: an active, self-levelling top cutter that takes the flowering tops at an adjustable height, and a ground-level cutter that takes the stalks. A conveyor feeds both into a 5 m³ self-unloading bunker, so a single pass collects both crops cleanly at up to 2 hectares an hour. It is built to be robust, simple to service and easy to run on a working farm.

Cut, convey, unload
As the tractor pulls the harvester through the field, the self-levelling top cutter follows the crop height and takes the flowering tops, while the lower cutter takes the stalks at ground level. Both streams are carried up by conveyor into the onboard bunker.
When the 5 m³ bunker is full it self-unloads at up to 190 cm, high enough to discharge straight into a trailer or tr020 container without stopping the workflow. Running off the tractor PTO, the machine needs only a standard tractor of 65 hp or more, so it slots into equipment a farm already owns.

Frequently asked questions
It carries two cutters that work at the same time: one takes the flowering tops at an adjustable height, the other takes the stalks at ground level, so a single pass collects both.
No. It runs off the PTO of any standard tractor with at least 65 hp, so it works with equipment most farms already have.
Up to about 2 hectares per hour at a working speed of 6 to 12 km/h, depending on crop and field conditions.
The 5 m³ bunker self-unloads at up to 190 cm, so it can discharge directly into a trailer or container while you keep moving.
About 2200 kg, with a working footprint near 3.4 × 6.0 × 4.0 m and a transport width of roughly 3.0 m.
