Gas Chromatography Analysis System
A compact benchtop GC-FID analyser with a built-in hydrogen generator and dual columns for fast, low-cost potency, aroma-profile and residual-solvent testing.
Description
In-house analysis
The Gas Chromatography Analysis System is a compact benchtop analyser that gives you fast, low-cost results in your own lab. Using a flame ionisation detector and two dedicated columns, it measures the potency and aroma profile of an extract and screens for residual solvents, with a built-in hydrogen generator and air compressor so there are no external gas bottles to manage.
What each column tells you
Capillary column
Packed column
What it delivers
Separate, detect, quantify
A small sample is injected on-column and carried through a heated, programmable oven. As the mixture travels through the column its components separate by how quickly they move, then reach the flame ionisation detector, which produces a signal for each compound as it elutes.
The software turns those signals into a chromatogram and quantifies each peak, so you get a clear read on potency, aroma profile and any residual solvents in minutes. Because hydrogen and air are generated on board, the unit is self-contained and inexpensive to run.

Frequently asked questions
Active-compound potency and aroma profile on the capillary column, and residual solvents on the packed column, all from small samples.
No. A hydrogen generator and air compressor are built in, so the unit is self-contained and cheaper and safer to run.
Most runs take minutes, giving you in-house potency and safety data without sending samples to an outside lab.
A Windows PC, supplied by you, connects over USB and runs the chromatography software. The analyser itself is fully automatic.
Compact and benchtop, about 305 × 356 × 381 mm and 14 kg, needing roughly 2 m² of bench space.
